You don’t need to find yourself again.
You need to architect who you’re becoming.

The Redefine Intensive is an 8-week small group experience for high-achieving mothers who are done waiting for the fog to lift — and ready to design their next chapter.

Guided by The Matrescence Threshold™ framework. Limited to 8 women.

You had a baby. And somewhere between the sleepless nights and the endless Google searches and the texts that say “you’re doing amazing, mama” — you realized something that nobody warned you about.

You don’t recognize yourself anymore.

Not in a dramatic, made-for-TV way. In a quiet, Tuesday-morning way. In the space between school dropoff and your first meeting. In the shower, when you finally have 4 minutes alone and your brain asks a question you can’t answer: Who am I now?

Here’s what I want you to know: You are not broken. You are not behind. You are in the middle of the most significant identity transformation of your adult life.

There’s actually a word for what you’re going through. It’s called matrescence— the developmental transition of becoming a mother. It rewires your brain, reshapes your identity, and reorders your priorities. And it doesn’t end when your baby sleeps through the night.

The problem? Most of the support out there helps you understand matrescence. Very little helps you do something with it.That’s the gap the Redefine Intensive was designed to fill.

Three phases. One integrated process. Designed for women who think in frameworks.

Phase 1

Restore

Before you can move forward, you restore your foundation. Your energy. Your nervous system. The parts of you that have been running on empty since the day you brought a human into the world. This is identifying what you need to set down — the inherited patterns, the impossible standards, the conditioning that tells you everyone else’s needs come before yours — so you have the life force to do the real work.

Phase 2

Redefine

This is where the deep work lives. You examine your values, your identity, your relationship to ambition, rest, and purpose — and you get honest about what has actually changed. Not what you think should have changed. Not what Instagram says motherhood looks like. What is true for you, right now, in this season. You name it, you sit with it, and you start making meaning from it.

Phase 3

Redesign

Now you design what’s next. With clarity on who you’re becoming (not who you used to be), you redesign the rhythms, routines, and commitments that fit this version of your life. Practical. Intentional. Yours. Not a return to your old life. An intentional redesign of your new one.

I’m a certified Matrescence coach, and I created the Redefine Intensive because I lived the thing it’s designed to solve.

I was the high-achiever with the plan. The career, the goals, the identity built on being good at things. And then I had my daughter, and every framework I’d ever used to make sense of my life stopped working. I didn’t have postpartum depression. I had something no one could name for me — until I found the word matrescence.

Here’s what I’ve learned from all of it: awareness of matrescence changes how you see yourself. But a framework for moving through it changes how you live.

I’m not on the other side of this waving back at you. I’m a few steps ahead on the same trail, with some tools I think you’ll find useful.

There is a whisper within you. It’s the voice underneath the routines and the to-do lists and the “I’m fine, just tired.”

The Redefine Intensive is 8 weeks of space, structure, and support to listen to that whisper — and architect your next chapter from it.

You were not meant to do this alone.
